HEHE AGAIN! Another Man Who Attempted To Jump Into Lagos Lagoon Rescued (PHOTO)

Another suicidal man has been rescued after he attempted jumping into the Lagos lagoon. According to media personnel at the Nigeria Police Force, Malik Nasir who shared the story on Facebook:

Yet another suicide attempt at the Lagos Lagoon yesterday. He was rescued before he could take the plunge. 
An Ifa Priest has said in a national daily that "the Lagoon is Angry 😠?
