for instance; If you have an issue that has to do with your character or that questions your integrity or sincerity, do not carry it over and say, "lets deal with it some other time" No! deal with it there and now. get to the root of the problem and clear yourself. when that happens, that problem will die there and it wouldnt surface again, it won't be remembered again. the reason Some people endure to the point that they now throw up is because there are lots of unattended and unsettled issues. Things you refuse to pay attention to, where you should have cleared yourself but you refused. to you, its just nothing, its a minor issue, so you simply forget and turn away from it. the other person may play along just for peace to reign but deep down in his/her heart, the person doesnt forget. she will still entertain doubt or fear over certain things because you have refused to clear yourself. you pile up unattended and unsettled issues, until one day, the person will get tired of holding back and now throw up everything. the person will remind you what you did 5years ago, 3years ago, 2weeks ago, etc. i discovered that when you tackle issues striaght up and clear yourself at every moment as regard any issue, every doubt and fear sorrunding that issue will die. the Issue will be dealt with, and it will not surface or be remembered again. then you'll move on with peace and happiness. You need to check and clear yourself at every point. renew your commitments and reassure whoever is on the boat with you that s/he is still on the right boat and that everything is alright. If not, you will pile up unattended and unsettled issues, and one day, they will fall on your head.
