Missouri-native Ranika Hall, a 25-year-old mother has tragically died after having a Brazilian butt-lift procedure – less than a year after another woman passed away at the same clinic following the controversial surgery.
25, travelled to South Florida to undergo the bottom-shaping operation because she was unhappy with her post-pregnancy body.
And despite her tearful mother urging her not to go through with the procedure, Ranika visited Eres Plastic Surgery in Miami and sadly never came out alive. .
In May last year, mum-of-two Heather Meadows, 29, died at the same company, then named Encore Plastic Surgery and under different ownership, after having a Brazilian butt lift. .
Ranika’s mother Nicole Hall told NBC Miami that her family tried to persuade her determined daughter not to have the operation. She said:
“I tried to talk her out of it. I really did. Her sisters and her brothers tried to talk her out of it.”Less than a year ago, West Virginia-resident Meadows died after fat clots clogged up her arteries causing her organs to fail, reports the New York Post.
Last Thursday, Hall stopped breathing and was pronounced dead at 10pm local time, cops said. A Brazilian butt-lift involves fat being taken from other parts of the body which is then injected into the buttocks.
